Team meetings are set to guide or directors in the best strategy to help you the member gain more from BNI.

We discuss ways of strengthening the groups, helping generate more referrals and support the leadership teams.

There is a limited number of tables for this event. Each table 6 foot will be provided with cloth for you to promote your company to the entire audience.

Looking at all of the successful factors of the best members and the best chapters. This short session will leave you with a clear set of action plans to take back and create a fantastic chapter with brilliant results from yourself resulting in more cash in your pocket.
Chapter Leadership Training
This session will cover all of the roles of a successful chapter team:-

Visitor Hosts
Membership Committee
Education Co-ordinators
Event Co-ordinators

Chapter Director
Membership Co-ordinator
Secretary Treasurer

This full seminar will go in depth to help a chapter keep its team in place to make the most out of referrals for each group.

Please ensure every member of the team is present from the committee to hosts etc.

The session is split into 2:-

First part for everyone to get the team in place and ready to work on welcome and hosting to great education delivery, then committee management and even planning.

Second part setting goals for the next 6 months, the hidden elements of the BNI Agenda designed to maximise business for the chapter and the main 3 key roles of the leadership team.

Great chapters are the result of great teams, we change the teams on the 1st of April and the 1st of October each year.
Member Success Training
A two hour + introductory overview for new BNI members focusing on how they can rapidly maximise the business that they obtain through their chapters.

Any existing members are welcome to re-attend one of these sessions as a valuable refresher.
Mid Term Leadership Forum
This session is aimed at the 3 key leadership team:-

Chapter Director
Membership Co-ordinator
Secretary Treasurer

This mid term meeting gives the groups a chance to review the success so far and share best practice, then planning for a smooth transition into the next term.
Monthly Leadership Forum -
Once a month a collection of your leadership team will gather with the local groups to share best practice and keep up to date with the latest incentives and systems to help members make money.

All leadership teams are welcome to these events.

See the group local to you, as this will be supported by your area director.
Networking Skills
How much business do you generate from your networking skills? Could you improve your effectiveness when walking into a room full of members and visitors, or a room full of strangers? What are your goals for a networking session? A brand new two hour workshop combining behavioral, communication and personal interaction skills to increase your profits essential to book in advance.
Presentation Skills
Improve your presentation and personal communication skills to maximise the business you get from your chapter. We spend two hours helping you to get the most out of your sixty seconds.

It will also help to get your message across every time you talk to anyone about your business. Again, please book a place with us in advance.

This session will leave you with a list of effective tools to get referrals from your sales team.
Referral Skills
How to get your fellow members to bring you more serious business and a host of creative ways of bringing new business for your fellow chapter members.

Please ensure that you book a place in advance, as this workshop is becoming very popular.
